Chesterfield, famous for its13th Century Church with crooked spire, is only 5 miles away and offers a larger selection of retail outlets - it has most of the national chain stores and unusual specialist shops within the ‘Pavements’ shopping centre, the High Street, Cannon Court and The Shambles.
Although in a ‘rural’ location Church View is ideally placed for those who have to commute. Access to the motorway network is via Junction 29 of the M1 - only 4 miles away and there is a network of bus services linking to Chesterfield and so to the rail network.
East Midlands International Airport is a short drive away. The Peak District is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful areas of the UK - offering unequalled views, moorlands, beauty spots, natural caverns, a mix of National Trust properties, museums and much more. Matlock and Matlock Bath are a short distance away and a little further afield lies the spa town of Buxton.
