It is the home for the new headquarters for Arnold Laver, a UK timber specailised. Been neighbours to the Sheffield United Ground I think its safe to say that if you dislike football then this isn't the address for you. Large noisy football crowds on match days along with the added traffic problems could make this address rather troublesome at times. However, for some, this would be the ideal address and location. Bramall lane is becoming targeted for city living and student living. The advantages of this location is its just a few minutes walk from city centre, but currently the area is still quite run down. The final phrases of this development opens on Thursday the 12th October. |
